Hi Mona, we are so sorry to hear that you've been disappointed by your experience in the Beginners class. Although it is unusual for us to get feedback such as yours, we take all feedback seriously. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent experience for our students and will take on board your comments. This class is consistently highly rated and many students choose to continue learning with Dani in our Intermediate One level class. So again, we are sorry that wasn't your experience.
I have spoken to Dani, she is sorry you didn't feel you received enough one-on-one time as she always tries to share her attention fairly. Dani let me know that you came with existing jewellery skills and goals that were more advanced than the scope of what we teach in the beginners' jewellery making class. Perhaps our Atelier, full-day all level course would have been a better fit to gain the skills and information you want to develop your jewellery business. All the best with your endeavours. Kim
