I absolutely loved this course! It was a lot of fun and I learned so much. One of my favourite things about it was the focus on teaching skills that can be continued and developed in your jewellery making journey - it's not just about making the pieces in that course. Emily is super insightful and an excellent & caring teacher. I've done a few courses at SquarePeg and couldn't recommend the studio highly enough!
I took this 4-day workshop ‘Wax Carving for Jewels - Stone Setting’, after falling in love with the first wax carving workshop I took at Square Pegs. It’s a creative and learning adventure that I enjoyed every minute of. I particularly loved working with our tutor Emily Copp, soaking up her experience and skills. I feel I can create any ring I like now!
I really loved this course, just as I've enjoyed every course I've completed at SquarePeg Studios.
This course was over four 6 hour days and we really utilised every minute and more.
Emily was super attentive to the whole group and stayed back, donating her valuable time and knowledge to make sure each of our pieces were put together and at least to a point that we were able to put the final touches towards them in our time. I really appreciated that, she really went above and beyond.
On top of the imparted skill, the tool recommendations and run throughs were also very useful.
I'm already browsing the course page to book in next creative adventure. Thank you for an amazing couple of weekends!
